"We did it! Rob and I completed the 12-week how to train programme at The Platform. We've enjoyed the journey, laughed a lot, learnt a lot, and we may have experienced a little DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). I have a few arm muscles that I haven't seen before, and I can lift more weight than I ever expected. According to Graham; mine is a completely ordinary outcome.
