The How to Train Programme

Each week we teach people new to the gym, and experienced trainees alike, an efficient, and evidence-based approach to training. This is a great way to begin in a gym or upskill. Avoid the gimmicks and fads and get straight to what works.

Our 12-Week Programme

$499 or 12 payments of $41.70 + weekly membership fee

This programme added between 30 and 50kg to my big three lifts. More importantly, it set the foundations for long term, sustainable health and personal improvement.

I've been training on and off for about 15 years and had begun running into issues with recurring injuries and plateauing way below my potential. A lot of this stemmed from bad advice from “fitness influencers” who will say anything to get attention without ever being held accountable: Is deadlifting dangerous? Should I be squatting knees over toes? What muscle imbalance or flexibility issue is the secret problem holding me back? The Platform staff cut through this BS with industry-leading, evidence-based protocols and an educational approach to set me up for success long after the 12 week programme ended.

There are no shortage of online programmes, dubiously-qualified personal trainers and impersonal commercial gyms out there - but it’s pretty rare to find what The Platform offers. Graham and his team are constantly reviewing peer-reviewed research and attending seminars from credible, world-leading experts to ensure they’re at the front of what is actually best-practice from an integrated training, recovery, sport psychology and injury management perspective.
